Житель Кировского района заплатит штраф 45 тысяч за необдуманный комментарий в «Телеграмм»
35-летний житель села Золотое Поле признан виновным в совершении административного правонарушения, предусмотренного по ч.1 статьи 20.3.3 КоАП РФ (Публичные действия, направленные на дискредитацию использования Вооруженных Сил РФ).
Судом установлено, что 18 марта крымчанин в социальной сети «Телеграмм» в группе «Крымский ветер» разместил видео автопробега приуроченного к 9-й годовщине вступления Крыма в РФ с комментарием «Вот такой цирк происходит сейчас в одном из сел Кировского района», чем, по мнению суда, выразил свое несогласие с действиями Вооруженных Сил РФ по проведению «специальной военной операции» на территории Украины и считает данные действия равносильными войне.
Свою вину в совершении инкриминированного административного правонарушения виновный признал и раскаялся в содеянном.
Суд, всесторонне изучив материалы дела, установил вину лица привлекаемого к административной ответственности, и назначил ему наказание в виде административного штрафа в размере 45 тыс.рублей.
